All American Building Systems is currently finishing the first of three 32-unit, senior living complexes in Morgantown, West Virginia. These beautiful senior condominiums are located in the hilly countryside of Morgantown and feature fully decorated models.

All American Building Systems has been awarded a contract for 10 single family homes in Lima, Ohio. This limited turn-key project will be completed in stages, with the first stage consisting of four homes. All American Building Systems is also building the porch and garage structures for these homes.

All American Building Systems was awarded a contract to build fourteen upscale vacation homes in Seneca, South Carolina. These rustic retreat homes are located on Lake Keowee, an 18,000 acre lake in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. The homes range in price from $500,000 to $800,000.

All American Building Systems was awarded a contract to build seven single-family island getaway homes homes in Dog Island, Florida. These exquisite vacation homes will be barged to the island located just off the Florida Panhandle in the Gulf of Mexico. The project is in its initial planning and construction phases.

All American Building Systems has been awarded a multi-million project to provide barracks, administrative buildings, storage facilities, classrooms, and battalion and company headquarters to the Fort Bliss military post in Texas. AABS, as part of a team lead by Clark Design/Build, LLC will provide approximately half of the modular facilities under the total contract. The deal will provide Fort Bliss with complete site preparation and turn-key services upon which 199 modular buildings totaling over 350,000 square feet will be constructed.

in-fill housing project with Gratiot McDougal Non Profit
Housing in Detroit, Michigan. The grand opening and ribbon
cutting was in late May. Designed for narrow lot applications,
All American Building Systems will be constructing over
20 homes as part of this new community. There are two
new homes that kicked off this inner city housing project.

project with West Park Development LLC. in Morgantown,
West Virginia. The first of three buildings is
currently under construction.

detailed with construction slated to begin in
