Ferrum College Dorms

When Ferrum College (in Ferrum Virginia) faced a rapidly expanding enrollment they instantly had a housing problem. They turned to AABS for the solution of how to build housing for 117 students very quickly.

At the AABS's Mod-U-Kraf plant in Rocky Mount, Virginia, production went into full swing and the building was successfully completed in just 120 days. This is especially remarkable when you consider that the plans were drawn, submitted, built and finished all in that four month period. Completing a building of this size from concept to completion would have been impossible with ordinary construction methods.
