Mariner's View is a luxury town home project of one duplex and four quadplexes totaling 18 living units. Located in the panhandle of Florida in the small town of Carrabelle, the property overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.
These luxury town homes are 1600 square feet and were built on piers to protect the homes from potential storm surges near the coast. The space under the town homes creates a natural carport with stairs leading to the first level. The natural surroundings lead to the idea of putting the bedrooms on the first level and the kitchen and living areas on the second level. This design allows better views of the ocean from the main living areas.
This development is a perfect example of how the speed of modular construction can bring revenue streams forward. The project was completed in about 120 days from when it was started. The developer had a ready labor force to complete the finish work and just needed All American Buildings to quickly design and build the modules and get them set on their site.
We are happy to work with our clients in any capacity they need.
Our experience in building in hurricane prone areas made it simple for us to design a structural system that would withstand wind loads of up to 160 mph. These beautiful condominiums blend perfectly with the Florida gulf shores and their eye-catching appearance was very popular with the community and the residents.
