A nice case study photo will go hereOkatie Park is a 111 unit subdivision located just outside of Hilton Head, South Carolina. It was started by two men that moved from the production building environment to start their own development.

The AABS team developed several unique homes with the specifications and options that developers believed would be popular in the price points they needed to hit.

They sell from four models with options available for light customizing. “For the most part, customers choose the standard options we offer, a few ask for more significant changes. One home was changed to accommodate a family with a daughter in a wheelchair,� said the developer.

They have been very pleased with the construction process and the quality of the home he gets from the North Carolina plant. What he is most impressed with is the level of caring and the willingness of the plant to address issues and make adjustments as needed.
