A nice case study photo will go hereWest Park was developed by a traditional “stick-builder� who after research realized that parallel construction was a more cost-effective way to approach the project. This is a good example of how we are able to work with our clients to provide either a turn-key project or just handling the pieces our clients need.

West Park was designed by the engineers at AABS to the specifications outlined by the developer. While the plans were being drawn the developer was busy with site preparation, foundation work and utility taps.

In addition to the typical delivery to the site and the rough set of the modules, AABS handled the interior finish, including fire suppression, security and HVAC. During this time the developer was busy with elevator systems, entry areas, parking lot and security lighting. We are always happy to work with our clients to provide as much or as little of the finish site work as needed. The entire project was completed in six months.
