Design Services

All American Building Systems will design/build your project to your specifications. You also have the option of having our trained staff work with drawings that your architect provides. Our in-house engineering team, which includes a staff professional engineer, has designed structures to withstand 110 lb Gross Snow Load conditions in Colorado, to 160 MPH wind load conditions for residential multi-family buildings in the Florida Keys. Designing for a wide range of seismic conditions is routine as well.

With or without an architect, our design/build capabilities can generate significant savings and speed the construction process. In many cases, an architect is not needed up front--saving you thousands in fees. It is common for us to design and engineer a project to your specifications and then have an architect review the plans prior to construction. Of course, if you have an architect involved from the beginning we will work with them to ensure the buildings work in our construction process.
