AABS prices on a per project basis, we rarely get the same specs and location to be able to quote a standard price. However, it is likely that we have built something similar to what you are looking for and we may be able to provide some "ball park" pricing fairly quickly. Pricing is only available from an All American Building Systems Major Accounts Manager at 866-350-1822.
All American Homes, Mod-U-Kraf and All American Building Systems are sister companies owned by All American Group™ (OTC - COHM). All American Building Systems (AABS) builds larger and more complex subdivisions and multi-family projects. AABS works with owners, developers, non-profit and Government Agencies. All American Homes and Mod-U-Kraf tend to work with scattered lot builders who own model centers and sell single family homes to retail buyers. Each of these business units utilize the same modern construction facilities located in Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, North Carolina and Virginia.
Yes! AABS will work with your plans and engineer them to be constructed in a modular(systems-built) fashion. However, not all plans are conducive to modular building. We will review your plans to determine the viability of building in our construction facilities. As appropriate, we will make recommendations and suggestions that may reduce costs, speed the process and meet all of your specifications and building codes.
AABS will work with customers that have 10 or more living units either single family or multi-family. Since we work within a network of five manufacturing plants throughout the U.S. there is no limit to the number of units we can build per project.
Yes, AABS has the capability to handle either the entire project from design to completion or segments of a project, depending on your needs, location and size of project.
AABS is paid C.O.D. for the modules when they are delivered to the site. A deposit of 20% is required prior to starting construction in our facilities and engineering fees are required in advance. Traditional construction draws are utilized for payment of on-site construction finish work (MEP connections, finish work, flooring installations, etc.).
No, the financing portion of any project is dependant on the owner/investor.
Our construction methods typically reduce total construction time by 30% to 50% depending upon the size and complexity of the project.
All American Building Systems builds to the same local codes traditional site builders adhere to. Examples of such codes include: IBC, IRC, NEC, and NFRA
AABS has the ability to deliver to: East Coast, South East Cost, Southern, Mid West, Central and some Western States. Depending on the scope of the project and the cost and availability of labor in the market, it may still make good economic sense to build with AABS and transport the buildings over larger distances.
